Shivaay: Ajay Devgn thanks Salman Khan and Salim uncle

Ajay Devgn, who has two National Awards to his credit, has been able to strike an emotional chord with the family audiences by portraying a character who fights the evil to protect his daughter.

Mumbai: Ajay Devgn took to Twitter Tuesday night to thank his friend Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan for their best wishes for Shivaay.

The actor, who has two National Awards to his credit, has been able to strike an emotional chord with the family audiences by portraying a character who fights the evil to protect his daughter.

Ajay tweeted: “Thank you Salim uncle @luvsalimkhan, your appreciation always makes a difference and thank you @BeingSalmanKhan for all your good wishes (sic).”

A few days back, Salman had wished Ajay and Karan for their releases – Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil – respectively.

Ajay’s directorial venture- Shivaay – has earned about Rs 46 crores at the Box Office. The Tuesday collections are yet to be calculated but the film has done exceptionally well in single screen theatres.
