Larry Charles, whose credits include the Sacha Baron Cohen mockumentary comedy film 'Borat', is directing the project, said The Hollywood Reporter.

The film has a script by Scott Rothman and Rajiv Joseph (Draft Day).

It tells the larger-than-life, comedic true story of Gary Faulkner, a Colorado construction worker who travels to Pakistan ? 11 times ? on a self-proclaimed mission to capture Osama bin Laden. Though he has neither special skills nor connections, he believes he is the perfect man for the job.

McLendon-Covey, 45, is portraying Cage's wife in the film. Filming will begin later this spring.
