Meghalaya Chief Minister E K Mawlong on Saturday made a minor reshuffle of his cabinet by taking away the home portfolio from T H Rangad belonging to the BJP, a coalition partner in the Meghalaya parliamentary forum. Official sources said that Rangad retains his other portfolio--education (higher and technical education) and information technology. The Chief Minister also took away general administration department from Nimarson Momin. Momin will look after his other two portfolios--food and civil supplies and consumer affairs. Mawlong will look after home besides cabinet affairs, law, political, personnel district council affair and matters not allotted to any other minister, the sources said. Bureau Report
