Ranchi, Nov 1: The Jharkhand government today appointed Laxmi Singh as the new Chief Secretary, official sources here said. Singh, who was a member in the State Board of Revenue, is of the 1970 batch. The present Chief Secretary A.K. Mishra, has been made member, Board of Revenue.
