New Delhi, Oct 27: The Congress, PDP, People`s Democratic Front and Panthers Party, who have jointly decided to form government in Jammu and Kashmir, on Sunday released a common minimum programme (CMP), seeking to lay the "foundation for all-round development of all the three regions" of the state.
The deputy chief minister will come come from the Jammu region, the CMP said.
PDP chief Mufti Mohammed Sayeed said Pota will not be implemented in the state.
The CMP promises to heal physical, psychological and emotional wounds inflicted by militants on the people of the state.
