Mumbai, Sept 21: The board of Jindal Polyester (JPL) would consider and approve the acquisition of an European company. The proposal for the acquisition of an European Company and the investment required would be considered at the meeting of the board of directors on September 24, JPL informed Stock Exchange, Mumbai on Saturday.
JPL will approach RBI for obtaining necessary clearances for the acquisition after approval of the Board, it added. Bureau Report
