Islamabad, July 19: An anti-terrorism court here has declared deposed Pakistani Premier Nawaz Sharif's brother, Shahbaz Sharif a proclaimed offender. The Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader and former Punjab chief minister is accused of ordering the murder of five youths in an "engineered" police encounter in 1999. The court also declared former police officer Babar Ashraf absconder in the case. The court has ordered that the two men be arrested soon. Bureau Report
