Coimbatore, July 06: Even as the fate of continuation of indefinite strike by the government employees hung in balance, the district administration here today started the process of recruitment of temporary staff to various departments. The administration had sent call letters to 115 people to attend interview this morning, from which 79 responded, official sources said. Similarly, 93 people have been interviewed in Erode, they added. Meanwhile, 7027 employees and staff in the district had been served with dismissal orders for not reporting for duty on July 2 and 3, the sources said. Bureau Report
