Sonepat, Nov 25: Train services on the Delhi-Ambala-Kalka Section of the Northern Railway were disrupted for about an hour today following detection of cracks in the railway track near Rajlu Garhi Railway Station about 10 km from here, railway sources said. A large number of passengers remained stranded at Sonepat and nearby railway stations due to the disruption of the train services.

The Kalka-Delhi Shatabadi Express and New Delhi bound Jhelum Express were held up at Bodhwal Majri and Ganaur respectively. Two other goods trains were also held up at Rajlu Garhi and Ganeur stations, sources said.

The technical staff from Ganaur Railway Station rushed to the site and repaired the damaged track, sources added. Bureau Report
