Jammu, Oct 29: A Border Security Force (BSF) officer was injured when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded in Dhamkund area of Udhampur district in Jammu and Kashmir today, official sources said. The IED exploded around 9.45 am on a track when BSF patrol party was going for a search operation in nearby forest area, the sources said, adding the injured assistant sub inspector was admitted in hospital.
