Kathmandu, Sept 08: A series of bomb blasts rocked the Nepalese capital today but there were no casualties, police said. "Four bombs went off, one after another in four different parts of Kathmandu on Monday morning," a police spokesman said. "But no one was killed or injured in the blasts."

Police suspect Maoists' hand in the blasts.
The extreme Leftist rebels withdrew from a seven-month-long truce and quit the third round of peace talks with the government last month. Since then they are reported to have resumed violent attacks.
