Patna, Dec 08: Bihar government today formally recommended handing over the probe into the murder of National Highways Authority Of India (NHAI) project manager S K Dubey to the CBI. Chief Minister Rabri Devi told reporters that she had signed the recommendation note for the CBI probe today and it was forwarded to the centre for starting the investigation at the earliest. RJD president Laloo Prasad Yadav had on December 5 announced the government's decision to hand over the probe into Dubey's killing by some unidentified assailants. The Kanpur IIT graduate was killed at Gaya on November 27 after he had written to Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and NHAI chairman exposing the loot of public money in the execution of golden quadrilateral project.
