IC 814 hijack: Witness changes statement

During the cross examination, he stated that he was a retired employee of State Bank of India, whereas in a statement earlier, he had said he was into "cable business".
The other witnesses P S Joshi, a senior police officer working in the crime branch of Mumbai police, and Ram Jai Ram Singh also recorded their statements on Tuesday.
Their cross examination would be taken up on April eight.
The IC-814 flight from Kathmandu to New Delhi was hijacked on December 24, 1999 and later taken to Kandahar in Afghanistan.
