Raja Bhaiyya allowed to take part in voting on trust vote
Lucknow Sept 08: Special sessions court of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters` Act today allowed Independent MLA, Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya to take part in the voting during the vote of confidence moved by the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav in the Assembly.

during the vote of confidence moved by the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav in the Assembly.

this order on an application moved by Raja Bhaiyya's counsel
Anil Pratap Singh.
The court had on September six rejected the application moved by Raja Bhaiyya's counsel seeking direction to allow him to participate in the voting on the confidence motion in the Assembly today.
Raja Bhaiyya's counsel said that the grounds cited by the court while rejecting the application on Saturday were not applicable in this case and hence the MLA should be allowed to take part in the assembly proceedings.
