Kanpur, Sept 26: A special court today adjourned the hearing of a Pota case against independent Uttar Pradesh MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya and two others till October 18. Observing that a similar case was pending before the Supreme Court which would come up for hearing by the month end, Pota judge Shailendra Saxena adjourned the hearing in the case against Raja Bhaiya, his father Udai Pratap Singh and MLC Akshay Pratap Singh. Earlier, the court had exempted Udai Pratap Singh from personal appearance on medical grounds. Bureau Report
