Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani and Union ministers
Sahib Singh Verma, Ravi Shanker Prasad, Satyanarain Jatiya, B
C Khanduri and C P Thakur were among the early visitors.
INLD leader Ajay Chautala, danseuse Sonal Mansingh and a
delegation of ISKCON also greeted Vajpayee at his 7, Race
Course Road residence here.
Several children also greeted the Prime Minister who
spent some lighter moments with them.
An eight-year-old Muslim girl attracted Vajapyee's
attention when she presented him a memento on which a poem was
inscribed and asked her to read it out.
Another kid recited 'Gayatri Mantra' on the occasion.
