Mumbai blasts suspect being interrogated in Bangalore
Bangalore, Sep 02: Intelligence Bureau sleuths interrogated a 30-year-old man picked up at the airport here in connection with the twin Mumbai bomb blasts, official sources said today.
Bangalore, Sep 02: Intelligence Bureau sleuths interrogated a 30-year-old man picked up at the airport here in connection with the twin Mumbai bomb blasts, official sources said today.
Mohammed Fahim, who hailed from Hyderabad, arrived here from Mumbai to board a flight to Dubai on August 31. He was detained at the Bangalore Airport yesterday. Police here were on the alert after Mumbai Police sounded their Bangalore counterparts that they were looking for him.
Fahim is working as an electrician in Dubai. He told interrogators that since he could not get a ticket from Mumbai, he came down to Bangalore to proceed from here.
Mumbai Police had yesterday arrested four persons in
connection with the August 25 explosions.
