New Delhi, Nov 21: NEC Solutions Asia Pacific Ltd (Necsap) Singapore today announced setting up of a service centre in India for its multimedia products. "The India service centre aims to provide comprehensive after sales customer care for the entire NEC multimedia products range including quicker repair turnaround and remote fault rectification for home owners, corporations and government users alike," David NG, senior vice president, Necsap, told reporters here.
In addition to service level agreements, the service centre would also provide tailored service level agreements for customers based on their specific business needs.
He did not divulge the investments that have been made in the new centre.
"The service centre will have a branch in Mumbai and we are looking at expanding to Bangalore and Hyderabad in future," he added.
The NEC multimedia product range includes LCD monitors, plasma displays and projectors.
