Pratapgarh (UP), Sept 17: The files of Pota cases against jailed independent legislator Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, his father Udai Pratap Singh and cousin Akshay Pratap Singh were found missing from the district collectorate here, highly placed administrative sources said today. The source told a news agency that the files were missing for over a week now. Former District Magistrate Mohammed Mustafa and assistant prosecution officer (APO) were dealing with the case and both of them have been transferred, they said.

The District Magistrate of Pratapgarh R S Verma has asked the officials to locate the files at the earliest. Bureau Report
