New Delhi, Jan 20: Sunil Mittal-owned Bharti group today announced a 103 per cent increase in its revenue earnings in the third quarter ending December 2002 at Rs 847 crore. A company spokesperson told a news agency here that the company was near break-even with a substantial improvement in its cash losses at just Rs seven crore compared to Rs 129 crore in the second quarter this fiscal.

The company's cumulative revenue during April-December 2002 stood at Rs 2043 crore, up by 96 per cent. Bharti group operates in various areas of telecom services including basic, cellular, national long distance and international long distance services.
