Lucknow, Oct 03: CBI sleuths grilled the mother and sister of slain UP poetess Madhumita Shukla for the second consecutive day here today, CBI sources said. Both the mother, Shanti Devi and sister Nidhi Shukla were brought to the state capital from Lakhimpur Kheri yesterday interrogated at a government guest house, the sources said. The family members of the slain poetess were today questioned in front of the main accused in the case, Amarmani Tripathi, who is currently lodged in a room of the guest house which has been converted into a temporary jail, they said. Meanwhile, the CBI also questioned IIT, Kanpur student Anuj Misra, who, according to reports appearing in a section of media, had got married to the deceased who was murdered at her Paper Mill Colony residence on May 09 last, they added.
