Vadodara, Oct 25: The city police has provided "fixed points" protection to six witnesses in the Best Bakery case, who have been staying in the city, Police Commissioner Sudhir Kumar Sinha said here today. "Police have decided to set up fixed police points in the area where all these six witnesses have been staying after they refused to have policemen posted outside their residential premises," Sinha said. A temporary tent was set up in the area and jawans of the border wing of home guards have been posted there, he said.
Meanwhile, police protection has been provided to Yasminbanu, sister-in-law of Zahira, a key witness in the case, who has been staying in the renovated premises of Best Bakery with her two-year old daughter Tanvir. Bureau Report
