Srinagar, Aug 11: Security forces today unearthed a big haul of deadly consignment including 30 kg of RDX from an orchard in south Kashmir. The recovery was made by a joint search party of Army and BSF from Dagam-Choudharygund near Shopian in Pulwama district this morning, official sources said. Following specific information, troops of 44 Rashtriya Rifles and 151 Battalion of BSF moved to the village and effected the recovery from an apple orchard, they said. In addition to RDX, the search party also recovered a pistol, 14 hand grenades, 11 rifle grenades, a wireless set, 45 rounds of AK ammunition, one bundle copper wire, an antenna and a torch from the orchard, the sources said.
