Travel-based web-series `Nimrat` to capture beauty of Coorg
Mumbai-based actors Vinod Acharya and Pareena Padiyar are playing the lead roles for the web-series, for which the producers are already in talks with well-known production houses as release partners.
New Delhi: At a time when several web-series are being shot in indoor studios, ‘Nimrat’, a new travel-based web-series is currently being shot in picturesque Coorg, where Bollywood movies like ‘Raavan’ and ‘7 Khoon Maaf’ have been shot earlier.
The shoot is in progress for ‘Nimrat’, which is produced by film director T.G. Keerthi Kumar and Aditi Soni, founders of a Bengaluru-based film school and production house Flash Frame Visuals Academy of Film and Television (FFVA).
"Today, travel is the only way through which we explore ourselves and the world. 'Nimrat' is a similar voyage of two people," Keerthi Kumar said in a statement.
Students of the school will write, shoot and edit the project, at par with technical standards of the industry.
"Now we are shooting the first season. The second season is being planned in the exotic locations of Kathmandu and a few parts of Himalayas. It will portray the life-changing journey of Nimrat," said Soni, the web-series' Producer and Creative Head.

The first season of ‘Nimrat’ is likely to go live by August.
