Samata Party announces two candidates for assembly polls
Jaipur, Oct 21: Samata Party, a partner in NDA government at the Centre, today said its state Chief Gopal Pacherwal would contest the coming assembly polls from two constituencies.
Jaipur, Oct 21: Samata Party, a partner in NDA government at the Centre, today said its state Chief Gopal Pacherwal would contest the coming assembly polls from two constituencies.
Announcing two names of candidates for the polls, chairman of election campaign committee, Hukum Singh Kashyap and chairman parliamentary board Om Prakash Gurjat said here in a joint statement that Pacherwal will contest polls from Keshoraipatan in Bundi district and Hindoun in Karoli district.
The party nominated another candidate, Srinath Gurjar to contest from Nagar in Bharatpur district, the statement said.
Pacherwal was elected to the state assembly in 1977 and 1990 from Keshoraipatan, it added.
