Ranchi, Apr 19: A former area Commander of the Maoist Communist Centre (MCC) was today arrested in Jharkhand's Latehar district. A police team nabbed Madhav Yadav, involved in many incidents at Balumath during a raid, police sources said here. Bureau Report
