Aug 16: Gorka González Larrañaga won the fifth and final stage on Friday, but overall victory went to Pablo Lastras García.
Larrañaga finished the 150km from Aranda de Duero to Burgos just two seconds ahead of fellow Spaniard Juan Fuentes Angullo.
Third was Larrañaga's Euskaltel-Euskadi team-mate, Igor Gonzalez De Galdeano, but the Tour title was clinched by Garcia, who finished the stage in 19th.
The Tour of Burgos is part of the build-up to the Vuelta a España, the final big tour of the season after the Giro D'Italia and Tour de France.
