Agartala, Apr 04: Three insurgents of the banned National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT) surrendered before Assam Rifles officials at Bhangmun area of North Tripura district, police said today. The three militants - Dhirendra Reang, Nabajoy Reang and Govinda Reang - laid down arms at the Bhangmun Camp of the district last night, police said. The three insurgents, belonging to the Biswamohan faction of NLFT, deposited one .303 rifle, a Chinese grenade and 72 rounds of live cartridges and documents during the surrender, they said.
