Mumbai, Jan 02: In a sharp attack on BJP for speaking in ‘different voices’ over Hindutva, Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray today said the saffron party was "not sure which path to tread on".
"The BJP leaders keep speaking in different voices over Hindutva. They say one thing at their 'Chintan Baithak' (brainstorming session) and another outside," Thackeray told mediapersons when asked to comment on various views expressed by BJP leaders on Hindutva. "Advani says one thing while others say something else", the Sena chief said after releasing a music cassette at his suburban Bandra residence.
Asked to comment on Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's Goa musings about Hindutva and tolerance, he said "everything has got a limit. Are we supposed to continue displaying tolerance even in the face of attack on temples". Thackeray, who projects himself as the staunch proponent of Hindutva, said his party has never deviated from its original concept of Hindutva ‘unlike the BJP, which had now and again modified its view on the subject.’

He parried questions on not being invited for Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's felicitation function in the city on January 12.
