Saudi Arabia's Defence Minister, Prince Sultan Bin Abdel Aziz has donated $ 2.7 million to the Palestinian heroes, The official Spa news agency reported.
“This gift is aimed at supporting the Palestinian people in their battle against the barbaric doings of the Israeli forces of occupation,” The agency said.

Separately, the Saudi government has decided to send 20 ambulances to the Palestinian territories and the Saudi Interior Minister, Prince Nayef Bin Abdel Aziz has launched a fund-raising campaign to help the Palestinians.
Prince Nayef called on Saudis and other people resident in the country to come to the aid of their Palestinian brothers.
On Monday, King Fahd announced that he was donating $ 10.7 million to the families of those Palestinians killed in nearly two weeks of violence in Israel, Jerusalem and the Palestinian territories. And Saudi businessman Prince Al-Walid Bin Talal, a nephew of the king, said that he was donating $ 2.4 million.
All of these donations from the royal family are from their own private funds.
