The possible visit of Hurriyat leaders to Pakistan will also be discussed at the meeting being held at the residence of former Hurriyat Chairman Miraiz Umer Farooq, Hurriyat sources told PTI.
"Workers and senior office-bearers of constituents of the Hurriyat were not informed where the meeting is taking place in view of clashes between pro-independence and pro-Pakistan supporters of the Hurriyat outside its headquarters on Sunday," the sources said. However, the spokesman said the venue of today`s meeting was not changed because of Sunday`s clashes.
"Changing of venue has nothing to do with the clashes," he said. He further said that it was because of heavy rush at Hurriyat headquarters. A large number of people have assembled there to receive relief on the eve of Eid. Bureau Report
