South Africa's chief prosecutor for the King Commission of inquiry into match-fixing, Shamila Batohi, currently in New Delhi for discussions with Indian officials, may visit Pakistan too next week in connection with the same case.

Batohi is expected to meet key officials and players involved with Justice Gayyum Commission investigating similar allegations in Pakistan, The News reported.
Batohi reached New Delhi on Saturday with a view to obtaining audio tapes allegedly containing the voice of disgraced cricketer Hansie Cronje in conversation with a London-based Indian bookie, now in possession of Delhi police. The firebrand prosecutor is likely to meet officials of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Justice Malik Muhammad Gayyum, who headed the one-man investigation against match fixing cases in Pakistan. She is also expected to meet former Pakistan captains Rashid Latif and Salim Malik in an effort to get more information which might help the King Commission come out with a decisive and comprehensive report later this year, the daily reported.
Cronje, in his deposition before King Commission, had named Malik as one of the players he believed was involved in corruption prevalent in the game. Bureau Report
