Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC) President Sri Prakash Jaiswal on Friday said that the Congress committee would soon be expanded. The committee will have a balanced mix of old and young workers, Jaiswal told reporters in Sultanpur. He denied the prevalence of any factionalism in the party and said that there may be differences of opinion but not dissent.
