Our tummies can never be too full for light homemade one-bite canapes. Chef Ashish tells you how to make scrumptious canapes using salty biscuits and some veggies in 3 different ways. Morning or after-office evenings – with these canapes in your plate snacking is bound to get a whole lot yummier than ever. 


Recipe 1: Indian Masala Canapes    
   
Ingredients:
Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Capsicum & Coriander
Roasted Jeera
Red Chilly Powder 
Green Chillies
Sugar 
Lemon
Bhujiya (Namkeen)
Salty Biscuits


Steps to make the canapes:
1. Start with chopping the veggies. You can use a manual chopper for instant chopping
2. Add roasted jeera, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar & red chilly powder
3. Mix the veggies with other ingredients
4. Top the biscuits with the mixture


Indian Masala Canapes are ready to serve!


Recipe 2: Corn & Onion Canapes


Ingredients:
Boiled American Corn
Onion
Black Olives
Bell Pepper
Black Pepper
Ketchup
Chat Masala
Lettuce
Parsley
Salt
Pomegranate 
Salty Biscuits


Steps to make the canapes:
1. Start with chopping the veggies. You can use a manual chopper for instant chopping
2. Add salt, ketchup, black pepper & chat masala
3. Mix the veggies with other ingredients
4. Top the biscuits with the mixture
5. Garnish with Parsley Pomegranate 


Corn & Onion Canapes are ready to serve!


Recipe 3: Paneer Masala Canapes


Paneer
Green Chillies
Tomato
Coriander
Chat Masala
Mayo
Carrot
Pineapple 
Salty Biscuits


Steps to make the canapes:
1. Start with chopping the veggies. You can use a manual chopper for instant chopping
2. Add mayo & chat masala
3. Mix the veggies with other ingredients
4. Top the biscuits with the mixture
5. Garnish with bhujiya & pineapple slices


Paneer Masala Canapes are ready to serve!
