90+2' - GOAL!!! Then, out of nowhere, Rowllin Borges pulled one back for East Bengal. Yes, that happened moments after Bagan tried to kill time, using a SUB, Souvik Chakraborty on for Souvik Chakraborty.

90' - Probably the last move from Mohun Bagan. Norde launched a counter, then released the ball for Jeje. But the ball beat the Mizo star.

87' - Once again, Katsumi has been targeted. Rowllin  shoved him, and the Bagan midfielder was on the ground. Then, a SUB for East Bengal. Telem Jackichand on for Romeo Fernandes.

64' - After more than an hour's play, and it's still Mariners dominating their rivals. Another freekick, thanks to a foul on Sony on the left flank. It was followed by a corner, but Bagan wasted the chances.

57' - Sony can curl. But his effort from the free-kick failed to make any difference. Moments ago, Katsumi was brought down just outside the East Bengal box. Rowllin;s having tough night today.

52' - It's only five minutes into the second half, and Bagan already got a chance. But East Bengal found one good move, forcing Bagan goalie Debjit Majumder to produce a save. Payne was inches away, ane he could have easily found the header, from that Bukenya lob.

47' - Second half started with Mohun Bagan still enjoying their grip in the match. Mehtab has had a bad lunge on Katsumi on the right flank.

East Bengal enjoyed slightly better possession, but were beaten by a more direct play from Mohun Bagan. Trevor Morgan's side managed to have three attempts on the goal, with none hitting the target, as against Bagan's 11, of which three were on target and of those two were converted into goals. Sanjoy Sen is a happy man.

HALF-TIME: Mohun Bagan 2 - 0 East Bengal

45+2' - Two added minutes failed to add further glamour. That's first half.

43' - GOAL!!! Azharuddin Mallick doubled the lead for Mohun Bagan. Nobody saw it coming. And he also got a booking for over celebration.

35' - GOAL!!! Sony Norde produced a stunner to give hosts Mohun Bagan lead. What a free-kick.

26' - Medical attention required for Mehtab.

17' - Then, as expected, the pace of the game has seen considerable drop with both the teams happy with back passes and what not. Meanwhile, first booking of the match – Gaikwad, for his late tackle to Romeo.

10' - East Bengal finally got their share of possession, and Mehtab has managed to link up pretty well with Rowllin.

3' - What a start from Mohun Bagan. But only a wasted chance as Balwant failed to make the full contact in front of the East Bengal goal-mouth. Katsumi's fuming.
