Nine Indian fishermen arrested by Pakistani coast guards

New Delhi: Nine Indian fishermen were arrested and their boat seized by Pakistani coast guards on Friday after they accidentally strayed into their territorial waters.
This was the fourth such incident this month.
Earlier, Pakistani authorities had arrested 70 Indian fishermen on board 12 boats in the Arabian sea off the Gujarat coast.
Most of the fishermen were from Okha and Mangrol areas in coastal Gujarat.
There were two more such incidents this months.
In January this year, 36 Indian fishermen were arrested and their boats seized under similar circumstances.
