This is because Chi Zhoujing suffers from a tumour-causing condition that has left him with a completely disfigured face and no friends.

According to a report in Daily Mail, the 24-year-old man developed the mysterious tumours on his head shortly after he was born. The tumour has robbed his eyesight as the size escalated rapidly.

Chi's poverty-stricken family are unable to afford medical consultations. And they are unsure what the condition is, that has caused a massive protrusion on the back of his head.

It is said that Chi could well be suffering from neurofibromatosis, an umbrella term for a number of genetic conditions that cause lumps.
