SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh is all set to go to polls in a single-phase on November 9, 2017. The counting of votes will take place on December 18, 2017. The hill state has 68 constituencies.

The Rampur Vidhan Sabha constituency, located in Shimla district, is one of the 68 constituencies of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha. The seat is reserved for scheduled caste candidates. In 2012 assembly polls, the number of electors was 66819.
