Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who had sought time to meet President over the Aam Aadmi Party's rift with Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung on the issue of appointment of a senior bureaucrat as Chief Secretary, has been given time to meet Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday.
