Mumbai records 1,033 new infections, total surges to 1,10,129; death count at 6,129
There are 4,85,114 active cases of coronavirus infection presently in the country. Thus, around 63.92 per cent people have recovered so far.

Mumbai: 1,033 new confirmed infections along with 39 deaths were reported today. Total positive cases surge to 1,10,129, of which, 81,944 patients have recovered and 6129 have succumbed to the virus.
Himachal Pradesh: State total stands at 2270, of which, 1025 are active cases, 1216 recovered cases and 12 deaths.
Chhattisgarh: Total increased to 7863 after 245 new cases were reported today. Active cases at 2646, death count at 45.
PM Narendra Modi launches high throughput COVID-19 testing facilities in Noida, Mumbai and Kolkata through video conferencing;. These facilities will ramp up testing capacity in the country and help in strengthening early detection and treatment.

Delhi: 613 new COVID19 cases and 26 deaths reported in the national capital in the last 24 hours; 1497 people recovered/discharged/migrated. The total positive cases here rises to 1,31,219 including 1,16,372 recovered/discharged/migrated and 3853 deaths.
Odisha: 1,503 new COVID-19 cases reported in the state, taking the total number of cases to 26,892 including 16,793 recoveries and 9,918 active cases. Death toll rises to 147.

India's COVID-19 tally climbed to 1435453 on Monday with 49931 people testing positive for coronavirus infection in a day, while the recoveries mounted to 917568, according to the Union Health Ministry data.
The country's death toll rose to 32771 with 708 fatalities being recorded in a day, the data updated at 9 am showed.
There are 4,85,114 active cases of coronavirus infection presently in the country. Thus, around 63.92 per cent people have recovered so far.
This was the fifth consecutive day when COVID-19 cases have increased by more than 45,000.
The number of tests for detection of COVID-19 has crossed the 16-million mark in the country.
According to the ICMR, a cumulative total of 1,62,91,331 samples have been tested up to July 25 with 4,42,263 samples being tested on Saturday.
