As per the Health Ministry data on Saturday India`s coronavirus tally has risen to 6,48,315 which includes 2,35,433 active cases, 3,94,227 cured/migrated cases, and 18,655 deaths.

  • Maharashtra: 7,074 COVID-19 cases and 295 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. The total number of cases to 2,00,064 and death toll to 8,671. Number of active cases stands at 83,295.

  • Karnataka: 1,839 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours. Total Positive Cases - 21,549. Total Active Cases - 11,966. Total Deaths - 335.

Maharashtra continues to remian the worst-affected state from the coronavirus with a total of 1,86,626 cases including 8,178 fatalities while Tamil Nadu has 98,392 coronavirus cases in the state inclusive of 1,321 fatalities.


Delhi has reported 92,175 cases so far inclusive of 2,864 patients succumbing to the virus.


The Indian Council of Medical Research on Saturday said that the total number of samples tested up to July 3 is 95,40,132 of which 2,42,383 samples were tested yesterday.
