An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 on the Richter Scale hit India-Myanmar (Nagaland) border region on Saturday evening.

"An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 on the Richter Scale hit Myanmar-India (Nagaland) Border Region, today at 4:33 PM,” read a tweet by news agency ANI, quoting IMD.

No reports of casualties or damage to property has been reported so far.
