The counting of votes will begin by the Election Commission of India at 8 am and the postal ballots will be counted first and then the votes polled in the EVMs will be taken up. Here’s all you need to know about the Election Result telecast:


When and Where to Watch


Zee News will begin the LIVE coverage from ground zero on the counting day from 6 am onwards on March 10.

Election Commission will start releasing result trends from 8 am onwards on its website - https://eci.gov.in/ and app


The results for all the 403 Assembly constituencies spread across 75 districts in Uttar Pradesh will be declared tomorrow.


The state witnessed a close contest between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Samajwadi Party (SP).


The voting was done in seven comprehensive phases from February 10 to March 7.


The last phase, in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Varanasi constituency went to polling was held on March 7.


As per the exit poll, BJP is likely to emerge the winner in the state. If the party wins for another time, it will create history by coming t power in Uttar Pardesh for the second consecutive term.


The Zee News Exit Polls predicted  223- 248 seats for the Yogi Adityanath camp whereas the Samajwadi Party-led alliance is expected to win between 138-157 seats this time.
