Varanasi South Election result 2022: Varanasi South assembly seat that falls under the Varanasi district is witnessing tough competition for the MLA seat as 5 prominent parties BJP, INC, BSP, AAP, and SP are fighting for this. Of all the 5 parties, only Congress has fielded a female candidate, Mudita Kapoor. BJP has once again pitched Neelkanth Tiwari who won the 2017 elections with a margin of 17,226 votes defeating  INC candidate Rajesh Mishra.

BJP  candidate Neelkanth Tiwari is leading in Varanasi South Vishan Sabha seat that falls under the Varanasi district. However, is just behind SP with a mere margin of 1373 votes.

The assembly seat witnessed a tough competition between BJP's Neelkanth Tiwari, Congress's Mudita Kapoor and SP's Kameshwar alias Kishan Dixit is trailing 84205. BJP has mostly won this seat in the assembly polls.

AAP has fielded Ajeet Singh while BSP has pitched Dinesh Kasaudhan for Varanasi South Vidhan Sabha Chunav 2022.
