  • West Bengal: TMC Youth leader Mohram Sheikh shot by miscreants at Canning, South 24 Parganas district, who later succumbed to serious bullet injuries at a Kolkata hospital.

    The incident took place late last night when Sheikh was returning home from the party office when miscreants surrounded him and fired several rounds of bullets targeting him. He was spotted by locals lying in a pool of blood outside his house and was rushed to the Canning hospital.

New Delhi: The oath ceremony of the new Rajasthan ministers took place on Sunday. Around fifteen new ministers were sworn-in at the Raj Bhavan as part of the Rajasthan Cabinet reshuffle.

The Rajasthan cabinet witnessed twelve new faces, including five from the Sachin Pilot camp, in the reshuffle today. The ministers include 11 Cabinet ministers and four ministers of state (MoS). The Gehlot government, which came to power in December 2018, saw a cabinet reshuffle for the first time.
