Bhubaneswar Parliamentary Constituency is one of the 21 constituencies of Lok Sabha in the state of Odisha. It was formed prior to the 1957 elections. It is composed of seven segments of Vidhan Sabha.

Bhubaneswar registered 59.60 percent voter turnout in 2019, a gain of 1.37 percent. The total number of electors in the constituency is 1697666 while the total voter turnout is 1011754. While in 2014, the constituency registered 58.23 per cent voter turnout. The total number of electors in the constituency was 1525923 while the total voter's turnout was 888556.

The election here was conducted on April 23, 2019, as per the Phase III schedule announced by the ECI. The results will be declared on May 23.


Dr (Prof) Prasanna Kumar Patasani of BJD is the incumbent Member of Parliament from this constituency. In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Patasani bagged 439252 votes and decimated Prithiviraj Harichandan of the BJP.
