Lok Sabha election 2019: Kirron Kher set to get second term as Chandigarh MP
Congress is leading in six out of ten seats in Punjab.
The BJP tasted thumping victory in both Uttarakhand and Chandigarh, its secured at least two out of 13 Lok Sabha seats in Punjab. The SAD-BJP combine together won four seats - Bathinda, Firozpur, Gurdaspur and Hoshiarpur; Congress improved its tally in Punjab by winning one seat.
Congress won - Amritsar, Faridkot, Anandpur Sahib, Jalandhar, Khadoor Sahib, Ludhiana, Fatehgarh Sahib and Patiala seats. Aam Aadmi Party won Sangrur Lok Sabha seat.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, while the SAD-BJP combine had won six seats, AAP and the Congress had bagged four and three seats, respectively.
