Xiaomi announces exchange offer on Mi.com: Here`s how it works

New Delhi: Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi announced exchange offer for customers wishing to upgrade to new smartphones or simply exchange their smartphones. The offer can be availed on Mi.com, Xiaomi's official online store.

Xiaomi had earlier announced the Mi Exchange program in partnership with Cashify for offline stores.

Xiaomi will evaluate your phone and unlock the best exchange value as per the prevailing market price

On accepting the exchange value offered for your device, your Mi account will be credited with the exchange value coupon, instantly.

You can place a new smartphone order & use the exchange value coupon during checkout.

Xiaomi executive will take the handover your old phone for a new smartphone at the time of delivery.

You can only exchange the phone for which you have provided details. At a time, you may will be allowed to exchange only one device.

Condition of your smartphone

Xiaomi says that as long as your phone is in working condition and not physically damaged, it is good for exchange. Your phone also needs to have all the screen locks disabled and accounts unlocked for the exchange to be successful at the doorstep.
