Five suspected NDFB(S) militants held in Assam

Rangia: Five suspected NDFB(S) militants have been caught by security forces in Assam's Kamrup (Rural) district.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of police and army personnel launched a joint search operation in Mairachara area and caught the five militants last night, a defence spokesman said here today.

The security forces recovered five hand grenades from their possession, the spokesman said.
