Ashish Joshi - The man behind CBI raid at Arvind Kejriwal`s secretary`s office
After coming to power, the Aam Aadmi Party government had handpicked Ashish Joshi to be a member secretary of the Delhi Dialogue Commission.
New Delhi: Even as Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal continues to accuse Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the CBI raid at the office of his principal secretary Rajendra Kumar, it has been learnt that the complaint against the IAS officer was filed by a former member secretary of Delhi Dialogue Commission (DDC) Ashish Joshi.
After coming to power, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government had handpicked Joshi to be a member secretary of the Delhi Dialogue Commission.
However, Joshi had been at loggerheads with the Kejriwal-led dispensation after he was sent back to the Union Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, his parent cadre, in May.

On 13 July 2015, Joshi registered complaints with CBI and Anti-Corruption Branch of Delhi Government, accusing Rajendra Kumar of corruption.
Joshi had alleged that Kumar along with his friends had formed a company which he later had
got empanelled with a public sector unit for doing work for departments without tenders.
The CBI on Tuesday said it raided 14 places in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, including the house of Kejriwal's secretary, after obtaining warrants from a court but termed as baseless the reports that the chief minister's office was among these.
